Read full bio Born in Canada with Filipino-Iranian roots, Armin Tehrani has called Copenhagen home since 2017 whilst travelling the world for both work and pleasure. He works mainly with analog film, crafting his prints in a darkroom with a deep appreciation for rich color and subtle tones. Inspired by Iranian cinema and legendary street photographers like Saul Leiter and Jack Davison, Armin takes an intentional, thoughtful approach to his work. Whether he is photographing architectural lines, natural landscapes, or quick, everyday moments, his pictures focus on the interplay of light, shadow, and human connection with an international touch.
